I've never cooked sausage this way before, but it's truly mind-blowing!

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Add the sausages to a rectangular aluminum foil container or baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, finely chopped garlic, and black pepper.
Pour the honey and garlic mixture over the sausages, making sure they are well covered.
Sprinkle the sliced onions among the sausages.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Variations and tips
For a spicier flavor, add a teaspoon of chili flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the glaze mixture. You can also experiment with different types of sausage, such as chicken or lime, for a lighter option. If you prefer a smokier flavor, try adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika to the glaze. For a more robust flavor, marinate the sausages in the honey and garlic mixture for a few hours before baking.
