– Add some white vinegar or lemon juice to the bucket of water: This will soften the stains, making cleaning easier and leaving the floor cleaner.
Pour some alcohol over it to disinfect and sterilize it. The floor will then be less susceptible to mold.
– Add some baking soda. This powder has particularly strong disinfectant properties and can easily remove stains from the floor.
The most important thing is to add some fabric softener to the water in the bucket when mopping the floor. In summer, floors are relatively dry and prone to static electricity. As long as the floor is statically charged, stains and dirt easily cling to it. Fabric softener prevents static electricity and thus the adhesion of dust and stains.
After adding all the ingredients to the mop bucket, stir well until everything is dissolved. Once thoroughly mixed, place the mop in the bucket of water and mop the floor as usual.
