For assembly:
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a Mexican cheese blend)
- 1/2 cup diced onions (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the chili sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all the chili sauce ingredients. Stir well and let simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
2. Cook the filling
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onions and garlic in a bit of oil until softened and fragrant. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
