The most common air frying mistake: what we’re doing wrong and how to get crispy, even results

Ingredients:

3 medium potatoes

1 tablespoon oil (olive or vegetable)

Salt to taste

Spices of your choice (paprika, garlic powder, rosemary, etc.)

Instructions:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.

Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

Drain and dry thoroughly.

In a bowl, combine the potatoes with the olive oil, salt, and spices.

Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through and avoiding overfilling the basket.
