5 to 6 cloves
1 cup warm water
Optional: a little honey or lemon to sweeten the taste
Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the cloves and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
Strain and enjoy warm, preferably in the morning or after a meal.
Precautions for use
Do not consume too much: 1 cup per day is sufficient.
Not recommended for pregnant women, children and people suffering from stomach ulcers.
