Prepare the base:

Mix the ingredients:
Melt the coconut or cocoa butter in a small saucepan or microwave. Let it cool slightly before adding it to the cheese mixture.
Add the melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the cheese mixture. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.
Sift in the cocoa powder to avoid lumps and mix until the mixture is smooth and even.
Add crunch and flavor:
Stir in the chopped peanuts and distribute them evenly throughout the mixture. This gives the mixture a wonderfully crunchy and nutty flavor that goes great with the chocolate.

Prepare the chocolate glaze:
In a separate bowl, combine the dark chocolate and olive oil. Melt them together in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth.
