Panna Cotta

1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, heat the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar (or the split and scraped vanilla bean) over low heat, without letting it boil.
3. When the cream is hot, remove it from the heat and add the drained gelatin sheets. Stir well to dissolve them completely.
4. Pour the mixture into small glasses or molds and let it cool to room temperature.
5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the panna cotta to set.
6. Serve with a berry coulis, caramel, or any other accompaniment of your choice.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Total time: 4 hours 15 minutes (including resting time)
