Add the oil, then gradually add the milk, mixing well.
Incorporate the flour:
Add the flour little by little, continuing to mix to avoid lumps.
Sift and add the yeast.
Assemble in the pan:
In a non-stick pan, spread a layer of Stevia sweetener.
Arrange the apple slices and raisins on top.
Finish the batter:
Pour the prepared batter over the apples and raisins in the pan.
Cook:
Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
Turn the cake over to the other side and bake for another 5 minutes.
