2 cups peanut butter
1 container (16 ounces) vanilla ice cream
Directions
1. Start by microwaving the vanilla icing for about 30 seconds, so it is soft and melty.
2. In a saucepan, combine the warmed icing and peanut butter over medium heat, stirring until the mixture is completely smooth and loose.
3. If the mixture is light, spread it evenly in an 8 x 8 inch fudge pan.
4. Let the fudge cool for about an hour or until it is completely set. You can speed up the process by placing it in the refrigerator.
