In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and sugar .

Add the eggs and mix.

Pour the milk in gradually while whisking to avoid lumps.

Add the oil or melted butter .

Let the dough rest for 20 to 30 minutes (optional but recommended).

Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly.

Pour a ladleful of batter, swirl the pan.

Cook for 1 minute , turn the pancake over and cook the other side.
